Peter and Monika
Ressler are the authors of Spiritual Capitalism: What the F.D.N.Y.
Taught Wall Street About Money. As partners in a highly successful
Wall Street headhunting firm, the Resslers were at “ground
zero” in the aftermath of the destruction of 9/11 and witnessed
firsthand how the unselfish heroics of the F.D.N.Y. forced Wall
Street & the rest of corporate America to examine its own humanity.
They’ve witnessed how the humanitarian efforts of the F.D.N.Y.
firefighters laying down their lives for strangers as they rushed
into the Twin Towers has led to “business as usual” taking
on an entirely new and much more personal and humane tone. Deeply
passionate about the changes they’ve seen you’ll be
heartened and encouraged with their observations.
Areas covered
include:
- Is there
a place for, as well as a desire for “Compassionate Capitalism” to
replace greed in the boardroom?
- What are the Seven Spiritual Lessons of Business?
- Are C.E.O.’s like Kenneth Lay, Bernie Ebbers and Tyco’s Dennis
Kozlowski really an old paradigm that is being replaced by an integrative breed
of new C.E.O?
